Uses:

• Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS): Buscopan tablets are used to relieve the abdominal cramps and spasms associated with IBS.
• Menstrual Cramps: They help alleviate the pain caused by uterine contractions during menstruation.
• Gastrointestinal Spasms: Conditions like gastritis, enteritis, and colitis can cause painful spasms in the stomach and intestines, and Buscopan tablets can help manage this discomfort.
• Urinary Tract Spasms: They provide relief from the painful spasms associated with urinary tract infections (UTIs) and bladder inflammation.

Dosage:

• Adults: 1-2 tablets (10-20 mg) taken 3-5 times a day.
• Children (6-12 years): 1 tablet (10 mg) taken 3 times a day. Not recommended for children under 6 years unless prescribed by a healthcare provider.
