It works by blocking histamine, a natural chemical in your body, as too much histamine may affect the sleep-wake cycle. Suitable for the occasional night of sleeplessness, Sleep-eze eze-liquid in Berries offers the convenience of a liquid dose.

Ingredients

Active ingredient: Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride 15 mL = 25 mg, 30 mL = 50 mg. Inactive ingredients: Citric Acid, Ethanol, FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Red No. 40, Flavour, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Poloxamer, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Citrate, Sodium Saccharin.

Directions

Adults and children 12 years and over: Take at bedtime. Start with minimum dose. Use markings on the cap to measure liquid doses. Minimum dose: 15 mL. Maximum dose: 30 mL. If taking 30 mL results in drowsiness, lower dose to 15 mL. Do not take more than directed unless advised to by your doctor. How to store: Keep out of sun, away from heat. Store at 15° to 30°C.
