Regular Strength Lactaid Lactase Enzyme provides the digestive enzyme, lactase, which breaks down lactose into easily digested sugars to help prevent uncomfortable symptoms of lactose intolerance.

Directions: Swallow or chew tablets just before eating any food containing lactose. Start with 3 tablets and adjust up or down to find your own personal need. A maximum of 6 tablets at any one time should prevent the symptoms caused by lactose intolerance.
