Description
One of the most effective ingredient of MigWell is magnesium, a natural mineral that helps keep blood stable, promotes heart health, regulate nerve and muscle function, support bone health. A lack of magnesium may also contribute to headech and migraines. Some individuals use magnesium to treat and prevent migraine symptoms such as severe head pain, visual disturbances, sensitivity to light and sound, nausea and vomiting.
Ginger (Zingiber officinale) is a member of the same plant family that includes turmeric and cardamom. Since nausea and vomiting are common migraine symptoms, ginger may be helpful in offering some migraine sufferers relief of their stomach upset. Ginger contains more than 200 substances in its oils and is known to have anti-inflammatory, anti-nausea, and antihistamine properties, which may lessen the severity and duration of migraines.
Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium) is a flowering plant of the Asteraceae family, and some people call it the “medieval aspirin.) It is an herb that has been studied a lot for migraine prevention. Some small studies show that it may help prevent migraines in some people
Recommended Use:
For use in the prevention of migraine headaches. Feverfew is used in Herbal Medicine to help reduce the severity, duration and/or frequency of migraine headaches and its associated symptoms such as nausea and vomiting, sensory disturbances such as auras, etc. when taken as a prophylactic. Ginger is traditionally used in herbal Medicine to help relieve digestive upset/disturbances including lack of appetite, nausea, digestive spasms, indigestion, dyspepsia and flatulent colic (carminative).

- Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium, Leaf) ………….150 mg (0.2 Percent Parthenolide, 2 Percent Parthenolide)
- Ginger (Zingiber officinale, Rhizome) ……………… 150 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Gelatin, Magnesium stearate, Microcrystalline cellulose, Purified water Silica

Contraindications:
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are allergic to the Asteraceae, Compositae and Daisy family.
Known adverse reaction:
Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience sore mouth, mouth ulcers and/or gastrointestinal discomfort.
Recommended storage condition:
Keep in a cool, dry place (below 25°c), away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the security seal is broken.
