DOSAGE: Adults: one capsule daily on an empty stomach at bedtime, or as directed by a physician, take few hours before or after taking other medications, keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if blister or foil is missing or broken; store between 15 degree Celsius to 25 degree Celsius.
